About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work cross-functionally across Change Management pillars, supporting initiatives according to program needs.
Conduct organizational impact analyses, identifying risks, dependencies and mitigation opportunities.
Consolidate metrics, dashboards and executive analyses, turning data into insights to support decision-making.
Support the area's budget management, performing financial monitoring, forecasting and investment control.
Prepare executive presentations, reports and governance and leadership materials.
Support the definition and execution of communication, engagement and change adoption strategies.
Contribute to the evolution of Change Management methodologies, processes and metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher education, preferably with postgraduate studies.
Experience in Change Management, Project Management or Organizational Transformation is a plus.
Experience working in matrixed environments and multidisciplinary projects.
Organizational Change Management.
Data analysis and development of metrics.
Budget management and financial monitoring.
Excel and Power BI.
PowerPoint for executive presentations.
