About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work cross-functionally across Change Management pillars, supporting initiatives according to program needs.
- Conduct organizational impact analyses, identifying risks, dependencies and mitigation opportunities.
- Consolidate metrics, dashboards and executive analyses, turning data into insights to support decision-making.
- Support the area's budget management, performing financial monitoring, forecasting and investment control.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports and governance and leadership materials.
- Support the definition and execution of communication, engagement and change adoption strategies.
- Contribute to the evolution of Change Management methodologies, processes and metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education, preferably with postgraduate studies.
- Experience in Change Management, Project Management or Organizational Transformation is a plus.
- Experience working in matrixed environments and multidisciplinary projects.
- Organizational Change Management.
- Data analysis and development of metrics.
- Budget management and financial monitoring.
- Excel and Power BI.
- PowerPoint for executive presentations.
