About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and oversee the commercial team’s onboarding; prepare reports for leadership
Lead projects using AI for sales enablement and training for the commercial team
Plan, develop and deliver training to sales teams
Design the consultant and commercial manager journey
Monitor the development of commercial teams and create strategies to maximize results through training, knowledge management, onboarding, support materials, and knowledge bites (microlearning)
Collaborate with EMME’s capabilities team to create content
Support the organization of the commercial team’s live sessions and the cascading of information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Experience analyzing sales performance metrics (KPIs)
Advanced knowledge of market analysis and commercial/sales strategies
Ability to develop trainings and techniques to improve sales
Proactive, assertive communicator, resilient, and data- and results-oriented
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
