About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the evolution and rollout of the new cultural architecture, ensuring it is anchored in the organization’s rituals, behaviors, and daily practices;
  • Design and pilot the strategy for climate and pulse surveys, conducting deep organizational diagnostics based on behavioral insights and close collaboration with business areas;
  • Analyze results, cross-reference people and business metrics, and measure the real impact of each engagement action implemented;
  • Establish continuous governance. Ensure disciplined follow-up so all areas execute their experience and engagement action plans;
  • Operate with strong political traction to influence senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization, supporting arguments with data and a demonstrated ability to deliver.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid, proven experience in Organizational Culture, Cultural Diagnosis, EVP and Employer Branding;
  • Experience across the employee experience lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, able to develop and implement solutions at each stage;
  • Experience leading teams;
  • Proficiency in methodologies and platforms for climate and engagement surveys and market institutes (GPTW or similar);
  • Strong analytical capability (People Analytics, HR metrics and indicators);
  • Advanced Excel for data manipulation, cross-referencing and generation of strategic reports;
  • Track record of creating original, localized culture strategies, with autonomy to adapt and build solutions from scratch;
