Mid-level Marketing Analyst, Paid Media

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage paid campaigns: plan, set up and optimize lead-generation campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage media budget with a focus on CPL and volume of qualified leads.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time to ensure performance meets targets.
- Analysis and reporting: track key funnel metrics — impressions, clicks, CPL, conversion rate, cost per enrollment.
- Prepare periodic reports with results analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Work with attribution models to understand the contribution of each channel.
- Team integration: collaborate with the CRM and automation teams to align acquisition and lead nurturing.
- Work with web designers and motion designers to brief and evaluate creatives.
- Participate in planning launches of new courses in partnership with academic institutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience with paid media (Meta Ads and Google Ads), preferably in performance/lead-generation contexts.
- Proficient with management tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion pixels.
- Ability to read and interpret data to support optimization decisions.
- Experience using spreadsheets for analysis and results tracking.
- Organized and a strong sense of ownership: you closely monitor your campaigns without waiting to be prompted.
- Analytical mindset: you like to understand the reasons behind the numbers before acting.
- Clear communication: able to explain results and recommendations to different stakeholders.
- Adaptability: works well in an environment with multiple concurrent launches and deadlines.
- Experience in the education sector or in lead-generation-focused companies (not required).
- Knowledge of automation and CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) (not required).
- Experience with self-checkout funnels or high-conversion landing pages (not required).
