About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Management of the sales team, ensuring the achievement of established targets;
  • Negotiation of commercial contracts with clients and suppliers;
  • Development and execution of the company’s commercial strategic plan;
  • Market analysis to identify business opportunities;
  • Monitoring and management of the commercial team’s performance indicators;
  • Monitoring, creation and continuous improvement of Inbound and Outbound commercial processes;
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM;
  • Availability to travel for relationship-building and prospecting activities for key accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience managing sales teams;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals;
  • Ability to develop and execute commercial strategic plans;
  • Knowledge of market analysis and trend identification;
  • Leadership profile, with the ability to motivate and develop teams;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills;
  • Resilience to handle challenges and pressure in a commercial environment;
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting established targets;
  • Ability to work in a team and promote a collaborative environment;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management or related areas;
  • Specialized courses in Sales and Negotiation;
  • MBA in Business Management;
  • Certifications in Leadership and Team Management.
