About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute media plans
  • Produce estimates for new campaigns (reach, frequency, targeting)
  • Implement campaigns on platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Create, adjust, and monitor targeting, creatives, optimization rules, and budgets.
  • Validate that tags, pixels, and events are correctly configured.
  • Monitor daily delivery and make adjustments to improve performance.
  • Handle media requests from internal stakeholders, prioritizing tasks according to criticality and defined SLAs, with proper logging and traceability of requests.
  • Analyze performance metrics and interpret data to produce actionable optimizations for campaigns.
  • Perform ongoing optimizations (CPC, CPA, ROAS, frequency, conversion rate).
  • Monitor the full funnel (impression → click → conversion).
  • Propose and run A/B tests (audiences, creatives, formats).
  • Prepare periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead touchpoints with business units and present media performance results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, working on lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Teamwork skills and effective communication
  • Proactivity, resilience, and adaptability
