Commercial Manager – Inside Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and lead the commercial team, ensuring targets are met.
- Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
- Use CRM tools to monitor and analyze sales and market data.
- Develop and implement customer communication and experience journeys.
- Prepare reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Apply negotiation techniques and digital marketing to optimize results.
- Promote automation of commercial processes and continuous improvement of sales journeys.
- Analyze KPIs and metrics for efficient control of commercial operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Business or Production Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales management and leading commercial teams, including inside sales.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis and artificial intelligence applied to sales.
- Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, forecasting and report preparation.
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication, proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience designing and managing customer journeys and customer experience.
- Ability to work in a team and manage commercial targets.
