About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will contribute to the development of students in internship placements, helping to refine the theoretical techniques applied in practice.
  • Responsible for operational support in contract management, acting as the focal point between internal and external clients.
  • Will perform the full registration of contracts on Cogna platforms, track deadlines and deliverables, and report status and outstanding items.
  • It is important to be organized, committed to deadlines, and dedicated to completing assigned tasks.
  • Enter and update contracts in Cogna platforms, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Verify necessary documents and data for registration and request additional information when needed.
  • Act as a focal point between internal and external clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Perform regular follow-up on contract pending items and deadlines, ensuring proper progress of processes.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and alert responsible areas about expirations and upcoming deliveries.
  • Organize and file records and documents related to contracts in accordance with company policies.
  • Support administrative and operational activities related to contract management as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Student of Administration or related fields — preferably from the 5th semester onward.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Commitment to deadlines and responsibility for delivering assigned tasks.
  • Good verbal and written communication for interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Proactive and dedicated to learning processes and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and familiarity with management systems (desirable).
