About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will contribute to the development of students in internship placements, assisting in applying theoretical techniques in practice.
- Financial analysis of datasets in Excel, including verification and organization of data to support the department's routines.
- Support for collections activities, monitoring processes and sending documents to clients, such as payment slips (boletos), settlement statements and other proofs of payment.
- Sales analysis, monitoring indicators and results to support decision-making.
- Support for administrative and financial routines, assisting in the organization of processes and operational tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency in Excel for analysis, tracking and organization of information.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, comfortable interacting with and supporting teams and clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, proactively collaborating on departmental tasks.
- Organized and attentive to tasks, ensuring proper follow-up of routines and deadlines.
- Currently enrolled in a technical or higher education program in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
