About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will contribute to the development of students in internship placements, assisting in applying theoretical techniques in practice.
Financial analysis of datasets in Excel, including verification and organization of data to support the department's routines.
Support for collections activities, monitoring processes and sending documents to clients, such as payment slips (boletos), settlement statements and other proofs of payment.
Sales analysis, monitoring indicators and results to support decision-making.
Support for administrative and financial routines, assisting in the organization of processes and operational tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Excel for analysis, tracking and organization of information.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, comfortable interacting with and supporting teams and clients.
Ability to work effectively in a team, proactively collaborating on departmental tasks.
Organized and attentive to tasks, ensuring proper follow-up of routines and deadlines.
Currently enrolled in a technical or higher education program in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
