About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extraction and processing of large volumes of data from heterogeneous sources, ensuring data integrity and cleansing for high-complexity analyses.
Design strategic visualizations and advanced dashboards that translate KPIs into actionable insights, directly supporting executive decision-making.
Conduct exploratory analyses to diagnose complex patterns and address business challenges with a focus on efficiency and value creation.
Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS and Databricks technologies, transforming raw data into high-performance analytical assets ready for consumption.
Develop robust dimensional models that optimize the performance and scalability of BI solutions using MS Power BI.
Communicate diagnostics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, adapting technical communication for executive audiences and leadership.
Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects, from requirements definition to implementation of solutions for critical business problems.
Establish governance standards, monitoring quality and security to ensure the full reliability of corporate information.
Systematize technical documentation and methodologies, promoting knowledge sharing and the continuous evolution of business metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in data analysis and data mining using SQL, Python and Databricks
Proven experience building dashboards using MS Power BI
Clear and objective communication
Ability to work well in a team
Capacity to solve complex problems and think analytically
Experience managing data analysis projects
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics or Business Administration
