Compensation Specialist – Variable Compensation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform calculations and monitor variable compensation for the sales area
- Develop salary analyses and management reports
- Work with large volumes of data and maintain controls using advanced Excel
- Support the automation and improvement of area processes
- Work with BI to structure datasets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure correct application of policies and practices in accordance with labor legislation
- Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and process streamlining
- Work closely with internal teams, especially the sales team
- Conduct benchmarking to identify market best practices for the area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience with sales variable compensation
- Advanced Excel
- Experience handling and analyzing large volumes of data
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Analytical, organized and proactive mindset
- Differential qualifications:
- Experience with BI and process automation
- Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields
- Courses/specializations in compensation and benefits
