About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and ensure the creation and maintenance of new features and forms in ServiceNow, following best practices for UI Policies, Service Catalog, ACLs, Business Rules, Workflows and Notifications;
Provide support for fixes or minor improvements that arise in the Employee Portal;
Develop automations and integrations with other platforms based on processes implemented in ServiceNow;
Implement automated tests within the platform;
Document changes made to the instances.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience developing on ServiceNow (App Engine);
Knowledge of JavaScript;
Ability to work independently on projects and development tasks;
Experience leading projects through analysis and problem solving;
Willingness and ability to identify and question architecture and development process gaps;
Proactive approach to proposing creative process solutions, following platform best practices and considering core principles of performance, scalability, security, availability and reliability of services;
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Differentials:
CSA Certification (Certified System Administrator);
CAD Certification (Certified Application Developer);
Micro-certifications.
