About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the analytics team, designing and refining propensity models for default and credit recovery that maximize customer regularization and cash generation through optimization of negotiation policies
  • Manage the collections strategy team, promoting full integration across collections channels and allocating debtor volumes to the channels that offer the best cost-to-recovery ratio without reducing recovery rates
  • Lead the financial products team, designing payment plans and, when appropriate, financing solutions with external partners to maximize customer acquisition while minimizing cash-flow penalties
  • Develop and train teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree in Financial Management
  • Specialized courses in Collections
  • Certifications in Team Management
  • Previous experience managing collections operations
  • Proficiency with credit analysis tools
