Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the analytics team, designing and refining propensity models for default and credit recovery that maximize customer regularization and cash generation through optimization of negotiation policies
Manage the collections strategy team, promoting full integration across collections channels and allocating debtor volumes to the channels that offer the best cost-to-recovery ratio without reducing recovery rates
Lead the financial products team, designing payment plans and, when appropriate, financing solutions with external partners to maximize customer acquisition while minimizing cash-flow penalties
Develop and train teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Postgraduate degree in Financial Management
Specialized courses in Collections
Certifications in Team Management
Previous experience managing collections operations
Proficiency with credit analysis tools
Knowledge of collections legislation
Negotiation skills
