Key responsibilities & impact

Visualization Development: Build reports and dashboards in Power BI or any other DataViz tool adopted by the company, creating clear and intuitive visualizations to present data and business insights.
Exploratory Analysis: Perform exploratory data analyses to identify patterns and trends, focusing on answering specific business questions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand business needs and ensure that analyses and visualizations delivered are aligned with the company's objectives.
Data Modeling for Business Intelligence (BI): Design and implement BI solutions, including data modeling to optimize query and analysis performance.
Communicating Insights: Present analysis results clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, providing detailed reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
Cross-functional Projects: Collaborate with other areas of the company to understand requirements, define scope, and implement data solutions that address business problems.
Data Quality and Integrity: Actively monitor data integrity, quality, and security, identifying and reporting anomalies to improve information reliability.
Technical Support: Assist in the maintenance and updating of dashboards and analytics systems, ensuring the analytical platform operates smoothly.
Documentation: Maintain basic documentation of processes and methodologies to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Production Engineering, or Business Administration
Proven experience with SQL, statistics, data modeling, and the other technical competencies listed
Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
Experience with the Databricks platform
Advanced Excel
Teamwork, proactivity, and strong organizational skills.
