About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, monitor, and recommend continuous improvements to research processes.
- Plan, execute, and analyze customer experience research, including sampling, questionnaire design, and fieldwork oversight.
- Manage research projects with partner institutes, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
- Prepare clear, concise, and engaging reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including senior management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of quantitative customer experience research methodologies, such as NPS and satisfaction studies.
- Experience with survey tools, questionnaire programming, and data processing.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for understanding behaviors and needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations is a plus.
