About the role

  • Track initiatives and projects, ensuring implementations are carried out
  • Work closely with the business to monitor results and the progress of initiatives
  • Structure and maintain documentation of processes and operational workflows
  • Ensure information, workflows, and materials are organized and up to date in repositories
  • Create and maintain knowledge environments (e.g., Confluence, Notion or similar)

Requirements

  • Experience executing and tracking projects or business initiatives
  • Organized and structured profile with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work closely with the business and operational areas
  • Experience documenting processes and organizing workflows
  • Experience with documentation or knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion or similar)
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in continuous improvement, process, or operations environments
  • Experience in strategy, PMO, or transformation areas
