About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an e-learning pedagogical mediator, facilitating interaction between students and course content on distance-learning platforms.
- Monitor learning processes, identify difficulties and propose solutions to ensure student development.
- Use technological tools and virtual learning platforms to promote an effective and dynamic educational environment.
- Maintain clear and objective communication with students, demonstrating empathy and respect throughout the educational process.
- Organize and plan pedagogical activities, adapting to the needs and particularities of the students.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve educational processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Completed postgraduate degree.
- Proficiency with distance-learning platforms and educational technology tools.
- In-depth knowledge of virtual learning environments.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and respect in interactions with students.
- Organization, planning, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Strong teamwork skills.
