About the role

  • Validate incoming invoices, ensuring compliance with processes and tax regulations
  • Record fiscal documents in the system
  • Monitor and control invoice billing
  • Analyze inconsistencies (e.g., unissued invoices / billing errors)
  • Monitor return/return-rate percentages and support root-cause analysis
  • Support the payment process by directing requests to the responsible partner team
  • Perform basic financial analyses and assist in generating performance indicators
  • Prepare and follow up on financial and operational reports
  • Use ERP systems to record and control operations
  • Contribute to process improvements together with the finance team

Requirements

  • Knowledge of fiscal routines and billing procedures
  • Basic understanding of taxation and tax legislation
  • Experience with fiscal postings and invoice validation
  • Basic Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with tax systems is a differential
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields
