About the role

  • Develop and enhance the long-term financial model (multi-year – 5 years or more) for the Basic Education vertical (Aliança 1);
  • Build and review the projected income statement (P&L), ensuring consistency between operational and financial assumptions;
  • Structure and monitor the budgeting and forecasting model;
  • Prepare business cases, including feasibility analyses (IRR, NPV and payback);
  • Support reporting and audit-related requests;
  • Work on consolidation and analysis of financial indicators and KPIs;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate strategic assumptions;
  • Operate autonomously in conducting analyses and proposing model improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial/Production), Economics, Accounting or related fields.
  • Strong experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis);
  • Experience with annual and multi-year budgeting (e.g., 3 to 5 year projections);
  • Knowledge of corporate finance;
  • Advanced Excel (structured financial modeling);
  • Preferred: experience with long-term financial models;
  • Advantage: prior experience in the education sector.
  • Personal qualities: good communication; analytical mindset; team player.
