About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within VOOMP's academic operations, including registering courses and offerings in the academic system according to the established schedule.
- Register exam questions, manage instructors, and publish other learning objects in the Virtual Learning Environment and on other company platforms.
- Respond to support tickets and provide technical support (for internal users) regarding any inconsistencies.
- Identify customization needs (in accordance with business rules) and validate features developed by the Technology team.
- Update controls and process monitoring indicators.
- Map area processes and propose improvements.
- Prepare management reports with area metrics.
- Provide dedicated support to infoproduct creators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering, economics, technology, or related fields.
- Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work effectively in a team when executing tasks.
- Communicate analysis results clearly and effectively.
- Maintain organization to meet established deadlines and targets.
- Demonstrate resilience when facing challenges and unforeseen events.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Intermediate Power BI skills.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
