About the role

  • Work within VOOMP's academic operations, including registering courses and offerings in the academic system according to the established schedule.
  • Register exam questions, manage instructors, and publish other learning objects in the Virtual Learning Environment and on other company platforms.
  • Respond to support tickets and provide technical support (for internal users) regarding any inconsistencies.
  • Identify customization needs (in accordance with business rules) and validate features developed by the Technology team.
  • Update controls and process monitoring indicators.
  • Map area processes and propose improvements.
  • Prepare management reports with area metrics.
  • Provide dedicated support to infoproduct creators.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, economics, technology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work effectively in a team when executing tasks.
  • Communicate analysis results clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain organization to meet established deadlines and targets.
  • Demonstrate resilience when facing challenges and unforeseen events.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Intermediate Power BI skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
