About the role

  • Structure, monitor, and analyze the area’s operational and strategic indicators
  • Perform data mapping, modeling, and analysis to support decision-making
  • Develop and automate reports and dashboards using BI tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes (data, reports, and operational routines)
  • Support project management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Organize documentation, workflows, and results, ensuring clear communication of deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, IT, or related fields)
  • Analytical, data-oriented profile
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python for analysis or automation
  • Experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, modeling, and analysis)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with KPIs, performance analysis, and process management
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and proactivity
  • Differentials:
  • Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related areas
  • Certification or knowledge in Six Sigma
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in structuring departments, innovation, or process transformation
  • Experience automating reports or operational routines
