About the role

  • Public relations, internal and external communication, and social responsibility activities;
  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies;
  • Build narratives and a key messaging deck for business areas;
  • Map speaking opportunities and coordinate the company’s interface for event organization;
  • Plan and execute brand, product and service positioning actions through an integrated Public Relations strategy addressing stakeholders: shareholders, press, employees, influencers, and others;
  • Crisis management and monitoring;
  • Organize and manage events such as media experiences, livestreams, workshops, and others;
  • Manage the social media accounts of the company’s key spokespeople;
  • Liaise with communications agencies, clipping services and production companies;
  • Analyze and track key OKRs to ensure the area’s deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience in the education sector;
  • Strong experience in crisis and reputation management;
  • Experience managing social media with a focus on LinkedIn;
  • Experience in Digital PR and Brand PR.
