About the role
- Conduct deep analysis of user behavior on the website, identifying patterns, opportunities, and friction points within conversion funnels.
- Support the definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs, with a focus on acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve performance.
- Work on the continuous improvement of acquisition channels (SEO, paid traffic).
- Perform data analysis using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Produce data-driven reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, funnel analysis, and navigation behavior analysis via events.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, especially acquisition/attraction, conversion strategies, and A/B testing.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization.
- Knowledge of dataLayer and Google Tag Manager (GTM) (advantage).
- Knowledge of BigQuery (desirable).
- Experience with Adobe Target (A/B testing) is a plus.
