About the role

  • Conduct deep analysis of user behavior on the website, identifying patterns, opportunities, and friction points within conversion funnels.
  • Support the definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs, with a focus on acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve performance.
  • Work on the continuous improvement of acquisition channels (SEO, paid traffic).
  • Perform data analysis using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Produce data-driven reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, funnel analysis, and navigation behavior analysis via events.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, especially acquisition/attraction, conversion strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of dataLayer and Google Tag Manager (GTM) (advantage).
  • Knowledge of BigQuery (desirable).
  • Experience with Adobe Target (A/B testing) is a plus.
