About the role

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a healthy and productive work environment;
  • Support leadership of diversity groups, promoting employee development and ensuring delivery of expected outcomes;
  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas, providing support and guidance on people management matters;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations;
  • Monitor the collection of internal metrics to participate in research focused on Diversity and Inclusion;
  • Prepare materials and reports, and monitor and compile metrics and the public DE&I targets;
  • Represent Cogna in forums and associations to which we are signatories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Prior experience in Diversity and Inclusion;
  • Strong knowledge of People Management, data analysis, and market benchmarking;
  • Ability to lead teams and foster innovation and resilience;
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills;
  • Strategic vision and ability to act as a business partner;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
