About the role
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a healthy and productive work environment;
- Support leadership of diversity groups, promoting employee development and ensuring delivery of expected outcomes;
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, providing support and guidance on people management matters;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations;
- Monitor the collection of internal metrics to participate in research focused on Diversity and Inclusion;
- Prepare materials and reports, and monitor and compile metrics and the public DE&I targets;
- Represent Cogna in forums and associations to which we are signatories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Prior experience in Diversity and Inclusion;
- Strong knowledge of People Management, data analysis, and market benchmarking;
- Ability to lead teams and foster innovation and resilience;
- Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills;
- Strategic vision and ability to act as a business partner;
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
