About the role

  • Coordinate infrastructure audit operations for centers and campuses, ensuring compliance with MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education) regulations.
  • Develop, train and mentor the audit team (Junior, Mid-level and Senior auditors — JR, PL and SR), ensuring mastery of infrastructure standards and current regulations.
  • Strategically plan and coordinate the schedule of on-site and remote audits, considering priorities, risks and operational capacity.
  • Create, review and standardize audit protocols, checklists and evaluation criteria.
  • Build and maintain a priority ranking, identifying centers with higher and lower levels of risk.
  • Map operational and regulatory risks, translating technical findings into business impacts.
  • Define and monitor area indicators (KPIs), preparing management reports to support decision-making.
  • Structure and follow up on action plans with a focus on root causes, monitoring the implementation of corrective measures.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in processes and systems, proposing scalable solutions across the network.
  • Work in an integrated manner with the Academic Audit, Infrastructure and Operations teams.
  • Support external audits and regulatory requests.
  • Travel frequently, as required by operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, auditing, infrastructure or related areas.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong operational profile with execution capability, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Experience reading and analyzing indicators (consuming dashboards in Power BI).
  • Availability to travel.
  • Flexible, dynamic and adaptable profile in a growth and transformation environment.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with educational, regulatory or infrastructure audits.
  • Knowledge of MEC requirements for distance-learning centers (EAD).
  • Experience proposing or building operational indicators (Power BI).
