About the role
- Provide clear and objective customer service, aiming to resolve issues and manage complaints;
- Use CRM systems to log and track customer interactions;
- Handle conflicts and negotiations with empathy and proactivity;

- Use Microsoft Office suite to prepare reports and internal communications;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a field related to customer service;
- Training or courses in customer service;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and process and people management;
- Ability to handle conflicts and negotiations;
- Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Proactive, organized, adaptable, empathetic, and patient.
