About the role

  • Support the development and maintenance of systems focused on student management.
  • Assist in gathering requirements from business areas, translating needs into simple technical specifications.
  • Execute tests and validations to ensure the quality of solutions implemented by the team.
  • Perform SQL queries and data extractions to support decision-making.
  • Build and update operational reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
  • Identify inconsistencies in databases and suggest procedural adjustments.
  • Document technical processes and system workflows for the area.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • Excel: Knowledge of formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF), pivot tables, and chart creation.
  • Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL for queries, filtering, and data extraction.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with Power BI (reading, updating data sources, and adjusting existing dashboards).
  • Technology: Genuine interest in programming logic and process automation.
  • Soft Skills: Good interpersonal communication, personal organization, and a proactive attitude for resolving simple problems.
