About the role

  • Create management and analytical dashboards to provide information for management and to support operations;
  • Develop and implement process optimization projects to ensure operational efficiency;
  • Work on projects involving the Company's Academic Systems (ERP/LMS, among others), responsible for mapping customization needs (according to business rules) and validating features developed by the Technology team;
  • Develop and improve controls for the department's processes;
  • Systematize information for course setup and launches;
  • Map the area's processes and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with Power BI (intermediate);
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Knowledge of agile management methodologies;
  • Knowledge of process automation tools;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Teamwork;
  • Problem-solving skills.
