About the role
- Attend relevant events, meetups and trade shows in Switzerland (occasionally internationally)
- Build new customer contacts and qualify potential new customers (identify pain points, urgency, budget signals, stakeholders, next steps)
- Conduct initial discovery calls and product demos
- Plan and moderate sales meetings or webinars
- Maintain a healthy pipeline in our iCards CRM through continuous communication, reliable documentation and consistent follow-up (LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Increase brand presence through authentic, lightweight content on our social media channels (event recaps, customer challenges, solution approaches)
- Contribute to the development of sales assets (one-pagers, pitch decks)
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, software, consulting or other complex services
- Confident communication skills at all levels, with high self‑initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Credibility and confidence in moderating and presenting
- Excellent German skills and good English and French skills (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Affinity for events, networking and social selling
- Knowledge of ERP, software projects or digital solutions is desirable
