About the role

  • Attend relevant events, meetups and trade shows in Switzerland (occasionally internationally)
  • Build new customer contacts and qualify potential new customers (identify pain points, urgency, budget signals, stakeholders, next steps)
  • Conduct initial discovery calls and product demos
  • Plan and moderate sales meetings or webinars
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in our iCards CRM through continuous communication, reliable documentation and consistent follow-up (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Increase brand presence through authentic, lightweight content on our social media channels (event recaps, customer challenges, solution approaches)
  • Contribute to the development of sales assets (one-pagers, pitch decks)

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, software, consulting or other complex services
  • Confident communication skills at all levels, with high self‑initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Credibility and confidence in moderating and presenting
  • Excellent German skills and good English and French skills (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland
  • Affinity for events, networking and social selling
  • Knowledge of ERP, software projects or digital solutions is desirable
