About the role

  • You are the bridge between technology, design and business.
  • You know how to turn ideas into scalable applications and bring a strong sense of UX and product strategy.
  • Your focus is designing user journeys directly through Vibe Coding that not only work as MVPs but are enterprise-ready.
  • Conceptualizing, designing and prompt-engineering applications based on our Vibe Coding framework.
  • Translating business requirements into intuitive user interfaces and workflows through prompting.
  • Owning the product vision and roadmap in close alignment with the client.
  • Setting up test agents for the product within the Vibe Coding framework.
  • Conducting user feedback sessions and usability tests to continuously improve the solution.
  • Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver innovative enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • Technically minded with experience in product management, business analysis and/or UX design.
  • Understanding of and a strong interest in software architecture with low-code/no-code development approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for application design and user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present and implement complex topics in a clear, actionable way.
  • Very good German and good English skills, or the other way around (French is a plus).
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, computer science or a related field.
  • Experience with AI-powered tools or process automation.
  • Experience delivering enterprise applications.
  • Experience with business agility practices (Scrum, Design Thinking, SAFe) and working in learning organizations.
