General Counsel

• Support on contractual management, write and review terms and conditions, negotiate agreements and advise on risk profiles.
• Build relationships with multinational teams, while displaying genuine interest in sharing skills and experience with legal and non-legal business colleagues.
• Drafting and reviewing investment documentation.
• Negotiating contracts with partners.
• Working closely with the Management and Leadership to develop the legal strategy and its implementation.
• Develop and implement internal governance policies and monitor compliance across all the company’s markets.
• Conduct research and evaluation of various risk factors for the business operation and decisions.
• Proactively apply risk management techniques.
• Build relationships with external providers.
• Draft agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the legislation in all of the company’s markets.
• Support in establishing the legal entity of the company in new markets.
