About the role
- Drive sales success by optimizing processes, leveraging data insights, and empowering sales teams
- Develop BI tools to monitor performance of Sales and Account Management
- Provide a monthly presentation of the overall BI business line performance for Western Europe & Africa region to top management
- Streamline processes and optimize workflows to increase productivity and reduce sales cycle times
- Enhance data-driven decision-making through data-driven insights
- Empower sales teams to sell more effectively through effective sales enablement programs
- Improve collaboration between sales and other functions for better alignment and execution of sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or information technology
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, data modeling)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI
- Fluency in English & French
- Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and best practices.
