About the role

  • Drive sales success by optimizing processes, leveraging data insights, and empowering sales teams
  • Develop BI tools to monitor performance of Sales and Account Management
  • Provide a monthly presentation of the overall BI business line performance for Western Europe & Africa region to top management
  • Streamline processes and optimize workflows to increase productivity and reduce sales cycle times
  • Enhance data-driven decision-making through data-driven insights
  • Empower sales teams to sell more effectively through effective sales enablement programs
  • Improve collaboration between sales and other functions for better alignment and execution of sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or information technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, data modeling)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI
  • Fluency in English & French
  • Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and best practices.
