Analyst

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of claims settlements, as well as providing legal advice and support to other organizational units
• Activities related to the prevention and mitigation of losses (decisions on recovery, rescheduling, etc.)
• Analysis of documentation related to claims and preparation of coverage decisions (within the scope of authority)
• Handling complaints and managing the appeals process in accordance with internal guidelines
• Preparing proposals for competent authorities in cases of insufficient authorization
• Timely preparation of insurance benefit payments
• Forwarding documents and instructions to the recovery officer for appropriate (extra)judicial recovery, ensuring proper progress of recovery and recourse proceedings
• Preparing complex legal opinions for the Company’s needs, drafting and reviewing acts and contracts
• Monitoring local and sector-specific legislation as well as case law and implementing changes into business operations
• Managing the recovery of the Company’s receivables
• Communicating with policyholders, attorneys, and intermediaries
• Preparing reports in accordance with Group rules and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures established by the Branch, the Group, and external regulators
