• Overall responsibility for the creative and strategic development of marketing and communications campaigns for ProCall across all relevant channels (online, offline, digital, events)
• Development and assurance of ProCall’s brand-compliant visual identity across all touchpoints
• Conceptual and design implementation of the rebranding project for the Gamma Channelhouse corporate group, including brand architecture and key brand elements
• Development of overarching creative guiding concepts, campaign concepts, and storylines in close collaboration with the Creative Team and relevant stakeholders
• Translation of marketing and business objectives into impactful creative concepts along the customer journey
• Management, coordination, and quality assurance of external agencies and creative partners
• Strategic advisory to internal departments and management on all brand- and creative-related matters
• Advancement of creative standards, processes, and best practices within the group
