About the role
- As a trusted sparring partner, you advise our managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- You develop HR strategies and implement them effectively
- You actively contribute to HR projects and special topics
- You support personnel development measures and are responsible for overseeing absence management
- Support in preparing analyses and statistics (HR reporting)
Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Human Resources or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in a consultancy-oriented HR role, with direct responsibility for advising managers
- Solid knowledge of employment law
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Practical experience in managing and developing HR processes and systems (e.g., Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar tools)
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
