About the role
- Support with projects in HR, Marketing and Corporate Communication
- Take ownership of individual topics, e.g. design and further development of our group-wide intranet
- Creation of presentations and communication materials for defined stakeholders (HR & managers)
- Research on trends, best practices and benchmarks in the context of transformation and digitalization
- Support for internal communication measures, e.g. intranet posts, newsletters or surveys
- Work together with the teams one day per week in our modern office in Dormagen; on the remaining days flexible remote work from home
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in (business) psychology, marketing, communication, social sciences, business administration, economics, or a comparable field of study
- Initial experience through internships, prior working-student roles or completed vocational training is an advantage
- Organized, reliable way of working and ability to handle tasks independently
- Quick grasp, openness to new things and willingness to step outside your comfort zone
- Confident use of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
