About the role
- Actively shape the further development of our departmental processes in the Office Services area
- Analyze existing workflows and identify optimization potential
- Support the introduction of new processes and provide advisory support
- Accompany change projects from conception through to implementation
- Ensure that new structures and processes are established sustainably
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business, project management, or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in a service environment, ideally with exposure to mail and document flows as well as digital and physical archiving
- Practical experience in project or process management
- Analytical working style and a willingness to critically evaluate processes
- Team player with clear communication skills and self-initiative
