Senior HR Analyst – Third-Party Risk Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the area's routines and processes;
- Review processes and design workflows, policies, and training programs;
- Resolve problems using effective action plans;
- Monitor and control operational deliverables;
- Support the team in developing technical competencies;
- Lead operational topics with clients and partner departments;
- Monitor and ensure the company's governance model within the area, ensuring controls, effectiveness, improvements, productivity, and audit deliverables;
- Prepare dashboards and management reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety documentation;
- Experience in Payroll/Personnel Department or HR routines;
- Knowledge of GRT systems (Third-Party Risk Management systems).
