Collections Analyst – Mid-level

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, monitoring results and collection activities
- Ensure execution of the dunning process
- Perform negative listings with credit bureaus (Pefin/Serasa), file protests at registry offices, and monitor these routines
- Analyze and monitor area KPIs and metrics
- Prepare collection reports and presentations for clients and internal teams
- Lead meetings with internal teams (Sales and Credit) and with clients
- Manage third-party collection partners, aiming to maximize results
- Implement and monitor credit holds
- Support management of dashboards and the area's tools
- Organize and manage operational agendas
- Support the team and provide coverage during absences
- Perform administrative activities related to the area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in collections or finance-related roles
- Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with Office 365
- Ability to work with KPIs and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with multiple departments
- Clear, customer-focused communication
