About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Mapping and qualifying opportunities within the innovation ecosystem (startups, research and technology centers (ICTs), technology partners), focusing on alignment with the platform's real needs
Structuring business cases, evaluating external solutions, partners, and technologies
Leading hypothesis-validation projects through proofs of concept and prototyping
Participating in the discoveries of our product pipeline, contributing an ecosystem perspective and external acceleration opportunities
Direct collaboration with our Product Managers and Forward Engineers/Customer Success, contributing to applications in our B2E product pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need

Building business cases and evaluating external solutions with a focus on build vs. buy decisions
Use of Service Design and Discovery methodologies (Service Blueprint, Jobs-to-be-Done, Value Proposition Design, or equivalents)
Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to structure and present analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Regular use and proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate analysis, information synthesis, and structuring of cases/prototypes (Builder profile)
Use of prototyping, mapping, and facilitation tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar)
