About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct continuous discovery with internal users to identify impactful opportunities to advance and improve our platform;
Roadmap ownership: define the product vision, prioritize features, and calibrate decisions according to the progress of our pipeline’s agentic capabilities;
Rapid prototyping and implementation of new ideas using AI tools across the product lifecycle (Profile Builder);
Analytical perspective to define product metrics and evaluate quality, adoption, and effectiveness of platform applications as a B2E product;
Cross-functional leadership with development, design, customer success (forward engineering) teams and business stakeholders, working on trade-offs and accelerating the team’s delivery velocity;
Active monitoring of the evolution of our internal AI capabilities and the market, proactively proposing feature revisions and new opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fundamentals of generative AI: models, application modes, prompting, agent harness and context frameworks;
Proficiency in Product Discovery and Service Design frameworks (Service Blueprint, Jobs-to-be-Done, Value Proposition Design, RICE or equivalents);
Strong visual and written communication skills, with the ability to structure and present product deliverables to organizational leadership;
Familiarity with data structures and basic architectures for AI agents;
Proficient and consistent use of AI tools for Product Management (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.);
Proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Notion or similar) and facilitation techniques.
