About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monthly calculation and payment of taxes.
- Preparation of analyses, reports, and tax and accounting reconciliations.
- Preparation and submission of ancillary tax filings.
- Calculation of ICMS tax incentives.
- Support for automation processes within the department.
- Audit support.
- Support tax inspection and compliance processes.
- Assist in generating the department's performance indicators.
- Support process design and documentation.
- Assist in interpreting and operationalizing tax legislation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation.
- Understanding of accounting for goods receipts and shipments.
- Tax and accounting reconciliations.
- Preparation of tax payment forms.
- Preparation and submission of state, federal, and municipal ancillary tax filings.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
