About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and create management reports based on key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity
- Develop data science and analytics studies
- Liaise directly with Operations teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for leaders
- Plan and deliver technical training sessions
- Serve as the reference for Quality Management System (QMS) items and ISO 9001 audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Office
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills
- Planning and organization tools and techniques
- Data modeling, data engineering, analysis, data science and data visualization
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills
- Ability to present results in clear, accessible language
- Holistic, system-level view of processes
