About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and ensure project scope, cost, quality, schedule, risks, communication, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Define, develop, control, and communicate established project indicators/KPIs
- Manage, direct, and monitor risks/issues and their mitigations/resolutions
- Engage, manage, and develop multidisciplinary teams for each project
- Ensure knowledge transfer from Projects to the Support/Maintenance team
- Prepare budgets, RFPs, proposal reconciliations/alignments, and technical/management assessments
- Ensure consolidation of standards for project management
- Evaluate and support project prioritization
- Provide technical guidance to the team regarding project execution
- Lead pre-project and post-project processes
- Prepare materials and lead meetings with information about milestones
- Propose and make decisions related to project definitions and problem solving
- Ensure quality control according to company needs
- Discuss deliverables at a high level to ensure understanding and guarantee delivery quality
- Monitor, support, and provide technical assistance to project analysts and junior project managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with SAP projects
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of management methodologies such as the PMBOK Guide, Scrum framework, and other project management tools
- English and/or Spanish (a plus)
