About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct negotiations with delinquent customers, including complex cases;
- Manage portfolios of strategic customers and monitor signed agreements;
- Define special payment terms in accordance with internal policies;
- Monitor collection KPIs and recovery rates;
- Liaise with Legal and Commercial teams when necessary;
- Support audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in active collections and negotiation;
- Intermediate Excel skills;
- Basic financial analysis and knowledge of payment methods;
- Assertive communication, organization, and results-oriented mindset;
- Understanding of KPIs and corporate governance.
