Senior HR Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing and calculating high-volume payroll (salary calculations, advances, profit-sharing (PPR), overtime, benefits, pension payments, deductions, taxes and social charges, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax laws
- Monitor and understand the impact of the monthly payroll on mandatory filings and reports (e-Social, DIRF, CAGED, etc.)
- Ensure verification of payroll processing and amounts payable, validating all inputs and mandatory items (advances, vacation pay, benefits, deductions, taxes, private pension contributions, loans, etc.)
- Review and ensure payroll records are accurate
- Support clients with payroll-related questions and issues
- Assist with internal and external audit inquiries
- Stay up to date on labor and tax legislation
Requirements
What you’ll need- e-Social
- Familiarity with the challenges described above
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience handling large-volume payrolls
- Experience or knowledge of applied artificial intelligence for operations optimization
