About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the technical reference for Payments and Accounts Payable
Validate and supervise critical payments
Define, review and implement operational standards
Conduct structured analysis of recurring discrepancies
Provide technical leadership for critical processes including Risco Sacado (drawee risk), Freight and the Liber platform
Structure and monitor the Pending Items Book
Perform preventive actions with business units and partner areas
Support internal and external audits
Actively contribute to process improvement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
Advanced knowledge of SAP, banking platforms and payment controls
Solid experience in bank reconciliation, cash flow processes, internal controls and accounting close
Advanced Excel, with strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with audits, compliance and regulated environments
Analytical, critical and proactive mindset
Technical leadership, autonomy and ability to influence stakeholders
