About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the governance of service and supplier registration and onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, standards and guidelines
Manage and maintain the A.N.A. (Activity Level Agreement), conducting periodic checkpoints
Lead the OPR (Operational Performance Review), analyzing metrics, variances and action plans
Consolidate and report governance and performance indicators (FG, OPR, action plans, rituals, GCN)
Ensure execution and compliance with internal controls, including SOX, SKYN and LGPD (ROPA)
Serve as the area’s focal point for internal and external audits
Ensure standardization, technical review and approval of policies, standards and operational procedures
Define and review onboarding, due diligence and supplier categorization criteria
Assess and mitigate legal, reputational, financial and compliance risks
Ensure governance and data quality of master data repositories for suppliers, materials and services
Drive initiatives for data cleansing, standardization and structural evolution of master data
Lead strategic projects, acting as a Key User for SAP and ServiceNow, including testing, user acceptance and Go‑Live
Support continuous improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, Accounting or related fields
Solid experience in Material, Service and Supplier Master Data management
Strong knowledge of process governance, internal controls and compliance
Experience with SAP, ServiceNow and reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
Knowledge of SOX, LGPD, audits and governance frameworks
Consultative, analytical and solution-oriented profile
Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
Autonomy, organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
