Financial Consultant I
CoE | Centro de Excelência Votorantim. Design the cash flow for group companies by analyzing financial data, seasonality, inflows and outflows; propose solutions to bottlenecks and support strategic cash and investment decisions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design the cash flow for group companies by analyzing financial data, seasonality, inflows and outflows; propose solutions to bottlenecks and support strategic cash and investment decisions.
- Direct and/or perform daily cash closings, evaluate investments and financial redemptions, ensuring liquidity, compliance and adherence to the companies' financial policies.
- Manage financial reports and bank balances, supporting reconciliations, corporate transactions, intercompany movements, tax analyses and relationships with banks for contracting services and financial solutions.
- Support and guide the team in day-to-day routines, contributing to strategic decision-making, operational planning and leading projects within the area.
- Participate in projects of the CoE and the companies, monitoring deliverables, deadlines and alignments, and maintaining the area's tools and governance models.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Cash flow, financial mathematics, investments, financial placements and redemptions, bank reconciliation and financial markets.
- Accounting knowledge, corporate transactions, intercompany channels, tax analysis (e.g., IOF), financial compliance and foreign exchange variance reporting.
- Advanced Office suite skills, especially Excel, plus logical reasoning, assertive communication, resilience, adaptability and the ability to handle multiple processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting. Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Controllership will be considered a plus.
- Intermediate English and basic Spanish will be considered advantages.
