About the role
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Master Test Plan
- Define test timelines and required resource capacity
- Standardize templates for test cases, test scripts, reviews, and bug reports
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads
- Create traceability between requirements and testing artifacts
- Analyze testing outcomes, metrics, and defect trends
- Lead a cross-functional QA team and foster a culture of quality
Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience in software testing
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs), GenAI, and prompt engineering concepts
- Experience integrating GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and GenAI to automate QA workflows
- Proficiency in modern test frameworks such as Playwright and k6
- Experience in test management using Jira/Xray and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
